When you're ready to redeem a reward with a business on poddle, simply show the relevant screen in your poddle App to a staff member. They will tap your phone with their Smartcard to validate it, and you'll get your reward!

Every time you visit a participating business and spend over their minimum, you can collect a token from their loyalty club screen in the poddle App. They'll tap your phone with their poddle Smartcard to award it.
